When will my order be processed?

We ship from Mexico or the United States of America between 1 to 3 business days after the order was processed. Please take note that some products need to be transfered from one our locations to another one and may take another extra day or two. In such cases we will notify you, and feel free to contact us asking for the status of your order if you have not received the tracking code after 3 business days. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 7 - 12 business days for delivery in the United States, 3 - 5 business days for delivery in Mexico, and 15-30 business days for another countries (depending on location). 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are in Mexican Pesos and includes taxes.
